T1 - Oak - monolith to roughly 6m. Reason: To a wound and cavity at the base of the tree with Ganoderma brackets around the circumference of the base, the tree is showing signs if decline with dieback in the crown. The tree is also weighted toward a neighbouring property and a public footpath, on the other side of the tree are uninsulated power lines.
