A1 - Chestnut (marked T1 on map) - Reduce by approximately 2.5m and shape crown back to previous pruning points. Crown raise up to 3m. Reason - to reduce over extended limbs and reduce proximity to house. A1 - Acer (marked T2 on map) - Reduce back to previous pruning points approximately 2. Reason - to reduce overhang from vehicle and pedestrian road/walkway without unbalancing crown.

A1: Cherry - Marked T1 - Fell to ground - Reason: Heavy die back through out crown; Horse chestnut - Marked T2- Crown Reduction - Crown reduction of up to 1.5m, crown thin by 20% - Reason: To maintain the tree's crown size and density, has some stem decay originating from a branch removal wound, requires careful management. The crown is dense and top-heavy, so any reduction or thinning of the crown could increase wind stress on the tree.

A1 - English Oak (marked T1 on map) - Reduction of height and lateral spread by up to 3 meters. Reason - to manage the size of the tree, to maintain structural integrity, reduce potential wind resistance and storm damage, and improve light penetration beneath the canopy, while preserving the natural form and health of the English Oak.

A1 - Horse Chestnut (T1) - reduce height and weight ofgrowth toward the house by 4 metres to balance whole tree and to reduce risk of damage to the property. 5 Year management plan to remove epicormic growth annually. Sycamore (T2) - reduce height by 4 metres to reduce risk of damage to neighbours property as tree is leaning towards neighbour's property. Oak (T3) 5 year management plan to annually raise the crown to 2.5 meters. Reason - allow access underneath

A1 - x2 Oak - Remove lowest limb growing towards the house from the smallest stem. Lightly crown reduce remainder of this stem by up to 1.5m by crown thinning the branch tips to re-shape up to 10%, follow that shape throughout the largest Oak tree, again thinning the branch tips to reduce the canopy up to 1.5m. Crown lift the canopy to 4m above ground level by removing out grown epicormic and sub-lateral branches only. Reason: The lowest limb nearest the house has in the past received heavy pruning which due to the trees age has not reacted with callus wood reliably, resulting in branch decay. The canopy has grown out so that the branches are touching the building; removing this limb down to the first branch break (approx 2ft away from the stem) will be a better long term solution to keeping the canopy away from the building and the removal of this limb will not detract from the shape both trees together have as the balance of the canopy will be equalled. The crown lift and light reduction will allow more light into the picture window of the building and re-balance the upper crown.
