Non-material amendment for planning application 23/01284/FUL:- (Proposed loft conversion to house and garage, with dormers to front, side and rear. Two storey front extension, single storey rear extension over existing swimming pool.) To omit stone parapet detailing around the pool enclosure capping and to replace with facing brickwork. To the area of front ground floor extension, to omit the two large side elevation windows and to replace with facing brickwork and to revise the frotn entrance door and side screens to a pair of solid oak doors and oak frames.
