Proposal

Non-material amendment for planning application 23/01222/FUL:- (Single storey front extension with infill, and side extension. Alterations to fenestration and Internal alterations and refurbishment. All weather pitch with flood lights, and external signage on the front, rear and side elevation.) Omission of single storey front extension, consisting of plant room and services enclosure; omission of single storey side extension, consisting of cellar and section of the front bar; the layout of the changing rooms to remain as existing. This will result in the omission of external doors (NE elevation) from the approved changing room layout; external wall finish to be linea weatherboard or similar approved exterior horizonal lapped cladding (coolour TBC) from the approved linen- through coloured silicone render; all elevations to be undertaken (to revert to existing). However, is is proposed to omit the parapet extension. The external wall/roofline is to remainas existing; roofing works (none required to changing room); new link including future drainage runs to chnaging rooms to be installed(including new roof finish/abutments.
