Remove major deadwood over 50mm - Reason: Splits in bark beneath union at 7m. Bark separating, indicating crack forming directly below union; Horse Chestnut - (Located in car park east of building) - Reduce height and spread of crown by approx. 2.5m back to previous pruning points.Clear basal and epicormic growth on stem to 4m. Cut and remove Russian vine out of crown - Reason: Early stage decay evident at base on east side of stem. Decay can be probed to a depth of 50mm. Bleeding lesions above decay to 1.5m on stem.Wound at ground level to north side of stem probed to depth of 10mm, not significant at present. Moderate basal and epicormic growth on stem. Russian vine encroaching into crown from adjacent property.Crown historically reduced at approx. 11m above ground level, currently with 2.5m regrowth.
