T1-Yew - remove the eastern stem (roadside) to 30cm above the main union, leaving the western stem remaining. Reason: The stem has a large split and is in serious decline, it is leaning towards the High Street and failure will endanger pedestrians, traffic and also damage British Telecom lines.
