Proposal
Ash - Reduce height of tree from existing height of approximately 10m by 5m, to leave top of tree at approximately 5m from ground and prune back lower branches to property boundary line. Reason: Last pruned approximately 5 years ago, but has now regrown to approximately 30 ft high. Excessive shading and encroaching on neighbouring property. Excessive reduction of light to property. x2 Lime - Reduce height of both lime trees from existing height of approximately 10m by 5m, to leave top of both trees approximately 5m from ground and prune back lower branches to crown of tree. Reason: Last pruned to crown 10 years ago but now trees are currently approximately 30 ft high. Excessive shading to garden and property. Excessive overhang and reduction of light to neighbouring property. Dropping of sap in Autumn and preventing any rainfall to flower beds. x2 Leylandii (Conifers) - Reduce height of both conifers from existing height of approximately 6m by 2.5m to leave top of both trees 3.5m from ground and prune back lower branches to property boundary fence line. Reason: Excessive shading and loss of light to neighbouring property. Excessive overhang. Conifers now too high to regularly maintain. Currently approximately 20 ft high. Leylandii Hedge - Reduce height of all conifers forming hedge from existing height of approximately 5m by 1.5m to leave top of conifer hedge at 3.5m from ground and prune back lower branches to property boundary fence. Reason: Hedge formed by various conifers currently approximately 16 ft high.
