Planning application
88 Main Road Danbury Chelmsford CM3 4DH
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Fir (x4 trunks); Laburnham; Fir (left of drive); shrubs (adjacent to development) - Fell. Sycamore (adjacent to development) crown lift western side by 3.5metres. Reason: Due to the partial removal of one side of trees by adjacent developer and the construction of a raised drive by the owners of the property on the otherside of my drive, I need to remove the vegetation and trees to provide a wider and safer access when entering and exiting from my property. The Laburnham is also suffering from rot and decay.

T1 - Robinia Pseudoacacia - Prune by approx. 3m in height, removing dead/dying branches in the upper canopy. Prune the south eastern elevation of the upper canopy by approx 3m.
