Planning application
1 Marshalls Cottages The Village Great Waltham Chelmsford CM3 1AU
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Ash (T1) - fell to ground. This is a self sown Ash and has now grown to a size where it is causing excessive shading to both the property and to the neighbouring property. There is potential that the root system may cause damage to the property. The size of the Ash is too great for the size of garden and is not suitable in this location. It is also vying for space with a holly tree from the neighbouring property. Intention is to plant several new Oak trees on the estate over the 2020/21 winter in more suitable locations.
