T3-Cypress - Section fell the tree. Reason: the roots are currently growing under the pavement lifting and making it difficult to go over for pedestrians. The eastern side of the tree has stopped growing therefore making the tree unbalanced and is very unsteady in high winds. Proposed replanting of another tree, possibly a silver birch in the same position.
