Proposal

Non-material amendment to planning permission 18/01835/FUL (Single Storey rear and two Storey Side Extension). Enlargement of the two ground floor kitchen side windows in the new extension. Removal of the window in the utility, keeping the door. Conversion of the rear facing ground floor windows in the proposed extension in one big bifold door opening. Removal of the rooflight in the first floor landing and provision of a suntube. Reduction of the width of the side extension.
