Block C2: 1.Bin store added in the carpark under the podium. 2.Bikes relocated. 3.Parking spaces relocated. 4.Ventilation grill added to North Elevation. Block B2: 1.4 x Flexiplex units replaced with 2 x 2B3P new unit types. 2.Ground floor converted to Residence Lounge. 3.East Elevation windows & door positions updated to allow for boiler cupboard in the proposed 2B3P apartments first floor and ground floor residence lounge. 4.Plots 194 & 195 apartment entrance door position revised to allow for the proposed units. 5.3 x Maisonettes removed from B2 and added to B1. (B1 now has 6 x Maisonettes).
