After the decision
The process from here
The council has decided this application; the published outcome sits in the record above and the decision notice on the council portal carries the detail, including any conditions.
If permission was granted, work must normally begin within three years of the decision. If it was refused, the applicant can appeal within the statutory time limit or submit a revised scheme.
About outline applications
How this application type works
An outline application tests the principle of developing a site before the detail is worked up. Some or all of the particulars, such as appearance, layout, scale, access and landscaping, are held back as reserved matters for later approval. Permission at outline stage does not by itself allow building to start; the reserved matters must be approved first.

8 Watling Street, Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, LE12 7BD
To fell 2 ash trees to ground level. To trim a Yew tree and pollard a Magnolia. TRIM YEW TREE: The three was reduced in height a couple of years ago and now needs a trim to keep it in shape. No more than a few inches will be removed to achieve this. This probably doesn???t need planning permission. POLLARD MAGNOLIA: Pollard the Magnolia to about 2.5 metres and create a much smaller bush. FELL ASH TREES: To fell 2 ash trees. The main one is overhanging a garage roof to No 8 and a glass rooved extension to No 4 Watling Street. The second one is growing up alongside a brick outhouse to No 4 Watling Street and starting to push it over (see photos).
