Proposal
We have been made aware of a tree at 50 Brookside, Barkby which, following inspection by a qualified tree specialist, has been recommended for removal. The tree is pushing the boundary wall outward, and due to its position adjacent to a public footpath, the wall is now beginning to lean, presenting a potential safety risk. Unfortunately, there is no viable option to rebuild or realign the wall around the existing tree. For these reasons, we will be arranging for the tree to be removed in order to prevent further structural damage and ensure the safety of pedestrians.
