Horse Chestnut (T1) - Fell to ground level, as client reported large fungus bracket at base of tree of tree during inspection (as agent, this was not spotted during inspection however tree has old bracing in canopy and signs of decay) 2 x Sycamore (T2 & T3)- Reduce canopy overhanging school playground by 3 - 4 meters to ensure clearance away from property. 1 Silver birch (T4) - Fell to ground level as tree shows signs of decline as not producing leaf. 1 Silver birch (T5) - Reduce lateral branch overhanging neighbours garden by 2 - 3 meters to provide clearance from property. 1 Yew (T6) - Fell to ground level as new fence is intended to be erected on boundary line between property and school.
