Proposal
Grade 2 listed building Change of use for parts of the building to be used as 'Bed and Breakfast' accommodation with one unit (Ground floor stables) additionally having the option of being a health/medical consulting room. No demolition or alterations to the existing buildings are required and no visual change is required. 'Change of Use' for the two external units, previously one was a Granary and the other Stables,is the subject of this application. The Granary and Stables were converted into residential units in the 1990's with planning permission for normal residential use.
