Variation of condition number 4 of planning permission CB/23/00505/FULL (Erection of one industrial unit with associated access, parking, landscaping and works.) Condition 4 to read as ' The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until details of the junction between the proposed estate road and the highway have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. For construction purposes a temporary access permit would need to be applied for. The development shall not be occupied until the approved junction has been constructed in accordance with the approved details, amended as necessary by the technical and safety audit process, and opened to traffic.'
