Proposal

Non-material amendment to planning permission CB/21/03642/FULL (Single storey rear and side extensions) raising the FFL to sit at existing external levels and retain the services below as existing. In order to mitigate raising the ridge height, changes from a pitched clay roof to a flat roof, with brick parapets to match the permitted rear extension.
