Proposal

Removal of Conditions 3 - Prior to the commencement of any works on site, all existing trees shown on drawing 02 Rev 01 dated 16th September 2021 as being retained, shall be protected by appropriate fencing, as detailed on drawing 02 Rev 01, dated 16th September 2021 and in accordance with British Standard 5837:2012 Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction ¿ Recommendations. No retained tree shall be cut down, uprooted or destroyed, or have its roots damaged within the crown spread nor shall arboricultural work or tree surgery take place on any retained tree other than in accordance with the approved plans and particulars, without the written approval of the Planning Authority. Removal of Condition 4 - No vegetation clearance/removal of hedgerows, trees or shrubs/demolition of buildings or structures shall take place between 1 March and 31 August inclusive, unless a competent ecologist has undertaken a detailed check for active bird¿s nests immediately before clearance/demolition and provided written confirmation that no nests are present/birds will be harmed and/or there are appropriate measures in place to protect nesting birds. Any such written confirmation shall be submitted to the Planning Authority within 6 weeks of works commencing of Planning Approval LA01/2021/0868/F (erection of replacement single storey dwelling with chalet bungalow with attached garage)
