THE PROPOSED WORKS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING WORKS: INTERNAL REPAIR WORKS, FLOORING AND DECORATION WORKS, REMODELLING OF THE EXISTING LAYOUT TO PROVIDE OPEN PLAN OFFICE SPACE, BREAKOUT/ MEETING ROOMS AND TOILET AREAS, MECHANICAL WORKS - NEW BOILER PLANT WITHIN THE BASEMENT, HEATING UPGRADE TO THE FIRST FLOOR AND GROUND FLOOR, VENTILATION WORKS, ELECTRICAL WORKS, INCLUDING THE UPGRADE OF THE INTRUDER AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, REPLACEMENT OF EXTERNAL STEEL FIRE ESCAPES, NEW PLATFORM LIFT TO REPLACE EXISTING LIFT, EXTERNAL REPAIR WORKS, DRAINAGE WORKS
