CHANGE OF USE FOR THE OLD MILKING PARLOUR. PUCHASED HOUSE AND OUTBUILDINGS, PLUS SOME LAND FROM LOCAL FARMER IN 2015. NOW DOMESTIC USE ONLY. REMOVED MILKING STALLS AND PIPING. RE-WIRED AND HAD REPLACEMENT CONCRETE FLOOR INSTALLED TO FULL DOMESTIC SPECIFICATION INCLUDING DAMP COURSE AND INSULATION. THE AREA IS 11.4 METRES X 8.4 METRES. THIS WAS ALL DONE SO THAT WE COULD USE IT FOR OUR WEDDING RECEPTION. WE WOULD NOW LIKE TO OFFER THIS FACILITY FOR HIRE. WE ALSO ADDED A PARKING AREA IN THE FIELD TO THE SIDE OF THE OUTBUILDINGS
