THE HARDSTANDING LOADING BAY WOULD FALL OUTSIDE OF THE 'RED BOX' TO THE SOUTH, OFFERING IMPROVED SAFETY WHEN REFILLING THE PLANT AS WELL AS AN IMPROVED ROUTING OF CONNECTING GAS PIPEWORK TO THE BOILER HOUSE. FURTHER, THE SHAPE OF THE CONCRETE BASE WOULD BE ADJUSTED TO IMPROVE SEPARATION DISTANCE FROM THE RIVER BANKS AND THE CONCRETE BASE)
