THE PROPOSALS FORM PART OF ENVIRONMENTAL ENHANCEMENTS DESIGNED TO REDUCE ADVERSE VISUAL IMPACTS RESULTING FROM THE HIGHWAY SCHEME AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AS RECOMMENDED WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE STRATEGY FOR SOUTH EAST CARMARTHENSHIRE AND THE EMERGING LANDSCAPE STRATEGY FOR THE WESTERN VALLEY SRA
