THIS WILL INVOLVE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SMALL CONCRETE PLINTH (APPROX 1.2M X 2.0M) AND THE INSTALLATION OF A POLE (UP TO 5M HIGH) MOUNTED CAMERA AND KIOSK (PVC COATED STEEL ENCLOSURE) ON A PERMANENT BASIS TO MONITOR THE GRID. THE CAMERA AND CONTROL KIOSK WILL BE ON LEFT HAND BANK (SOUTH OF RIVER)
