THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT INVOLVES THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SECURITY FENCE FOR STEBONHEATH SCHOOL IN LLANELLI. THE PROPOSED FENCE CONSISTS OF 142.5M LENGTH AT 2.4M HEIGHT AND 58.0M LENGTH AT 3.0M HEIGHT. THE PROPOSED FENCE HAS BEEN REQUESTED BY THE SCHOOL HEADMASTER TO IMPROVE SECURITY ALONG VULNERABLE SECTIONS OF THE EXISTING PERIMETER FENCE/WALL. THE PROPOSED FENCE WILL TIE INTO EXISTING FENCES/WALLS AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED PLANS
