THE APPLICATION IS TO RAISE THAT PART OF THE FENCE FROM 1.7 METRES HIGH TO 2.4 METERS HIGH THE FENCE WILL BE OF SIMILAR COLOUR AND CONSTRUCTION TO THE EXISTING FENCE THAT BORDERS ON NOS 72 AND 78 HILLTOP
