Planning application
Ffynnon-Las, Llanpumsaint, Carmarthen, SA33 6DB
Refused. Only the applicant can appeal, within the statutory time limit, and a revised scheme can be submitted instead.
Proposal
It is proposed that an existing stone and slate built barn is converted into holiday accommodation. It is believed the barn once had agricultural use. The foot print of the barn will not be altered in any way. The barn roof will be insulated, floors laid to limecrete with incorporated UFH. The internal space will be divided into two double bedrooms, hall, lounge area, kitchen/diner and bathroom. All floors would offer disabled access throughout. Separate access and parking is present onsite, however currently overgrown
