Planning application

Langshon, Llansadwrn, Llanwrda, SA19 8NA

Granted Carmarthenshire PL/02144 Lawful development: Proposed use

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within five years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

The mobile home/caravan would be sited within the residential curtilage of the dwelling house. The siting of the mobile home/caravan would not create a separate planning unit. It would be used in connection to the main dwelling house by friends and family and would share services, facilities and access with the main dwelling house. The mobile home conforms to the definition of a caravan in terms of it\'s design, mobility, size and construction. The proposed mobile home unit complies with the legal definition of a caravan and will be used as additional accommodation to the existing dwelling and as such will not comprise either operational development or a change of use and is not therefore development within the meaning set out in S.55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
