PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT CONSISTS OF CHANGE OF USE FROM GRAZING TO 40M X 20M RIDING ARENA WITH A FENCE ENCLOSING. THE SURFACE WOULD BE RUBBER CHIPPINGS WITH AN EQUESTRIAN SAND AND DRAINAGE STONE UNDERNEATH. DRAINAGE PIPES WOULD CARRY WATER AWAY FROM ARENA INTO FIELD BUT THIS IS THE NATURAL COURSE FOR WATER AT PRESENT ANYWAY AS THE LAND IS GENTLY SLOPING. THE ARENA WILL PROVIDE A SAFE PLACE FOR OUR FAMILY TO RIDE AND TURNOUT FOR HORSES
