PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT WHILST IT IS INCLUDED WITHIN THIS RETROSPECTIVE PLANNING APPLICATION, THE GREENHOUSE ATTACHED TO THE GARAGE/WORKSHOP HAS RECENTLY BEEN GRANTED FULL PLANNING PERMISSION FOLLOWING AN APPEAL TO AN ENFORCEMENT NOTICE (APPEAL REF: APP/M6825/C/11/2165316).
