Proposal

Rear 47 Romilly Crescent: The magnolia tree needs pruning again - to balance crown, reduce to no more than 50%. The tree has started to overhang the house (47) as well as a significant portion of both gardens The Holly and Bay are also overgrown requiring up to 50% crown reduction. Work will be carried out by Ness, Tree Surgeon, Cardiff Technoscapes. I will consult with them to ensure appropriate level of tree pruning to maintain long term tree health.
