Planning application

5 Wordsworth Avenue Roath Cardiff CF24 3FQ

Granted Cardiff 26/00966/WTCA Works to Trees Conservation Area

Works: Trees Small domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within five years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

5 Wordsworth Avenue - Old Goat Willow tree. All growth goes over neighbour's garden. The tree is approximately 4m from the back of the house pushing against the fence. I would like to bring it down to the level of the fence to promote new growth which I can then manage. Some of its branches are dead and in danger of fossilising. I have a tree surgeon coming on 26th May to carry out works on two further trees, and if possible, I would like to get this done at the same time. (Tr33 Ltd)
