Planning application

Works: Trees
Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.
Proposal
Our preference would be to remove the Yew Tree (TPO map ref:T3) and replace with a new Common Yew Tree, or another of the Tree Officer's specification. If permitted, the new tree would be planted in the North West corner of the property, inside the front wall and 2-3m from the westerly edge of the property. If it is not possible to remove and plant a new tree, we would like permission to reduce the crown by approximately 25% to free up overhead phone cable (as was previously approved in 2018 - application CYNC/TP/18/00159) and shape to be aesthetically pleasing.
