Planning application
Maple Lodge Heol Don Whitchurch Cardiff CF14 2AR
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within five years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
I have attached the arboriculturalists report on the affected Horse Chestnut. In summary the large Horse Chestnut has a large hole in its base and it also is diseased. due to its proximity to the main road and the house and the lamp post the recommendation is that the tree be removed.
