Included but not limited to; compartmentation works i.e. fire stopping wires / pipes / breaches / holes, installation of dampers, remedial works to existing fire doors, replacement of existing fire doors, improvement works to fire doors of heritage value. Works to include making good where required i.e. ceilings, decoration, plastering. Works may also include minor electrical works i.e. wired hold open devices to fire doors, putty pads installed to electrical sockets, wiring of dampers.
