(Approved 23 July 2024- 23/02435/FUL):- Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) and omission of Condition 6 (Replacement Rooftop Rail/ Balustrade) of 23/02435/FUL to amend the approved scheme as follows: 1) Relocate the permitted cycle storage; 2) Approved green roof specification to be replaced with sedum roof; 3) Other minor reconfigurations; 4) Omission of Condition 6 as the proposed alterations will result in no persons occupying the rooftop and therefore the requirement to submit details of a replacement perimeter handrail and glass balustrade is no longer necessary.
