Tree 43 Tilia platyphyllos - Lateral branch southwest side overhangs steps at 7m from ground level has multiple old pruning wounds with decay present one of which has formed a cavity with openings on either side of the branch - increased risk of failure at this point. Remove aforementioned defective branch back to source.
