TPO No 4/1985 - T1) Populus, front garden No.44, prune lowest lateral branch extending over the communal drive towards the property and above the decorative lamp-post, removing back to its point of origin at the main stem. G1) Cuprocyparis leylandii (Leyland Cypress), group of 4 forming a light hedge, reduce height by approximately one-third, to approximately the height of the adjacent Hazel. G2) Mixed Species Hedge, front right-hand boundary, hedge trim top and internal garden-facing side, retaining the established framework. T2) Fraxinus excelsior (Common Ash), rear right-hand boundary - fell. T3) Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore), rear garden - fell. T4 & T50) Crataegus monogyna (Hawthorn), rear garden - fell T6) Quercus robur (English Oak), rear lawn crown reduce by approximately 25/30%, selectively removing approximately 3.5m from branch tips, subject to suitable pruning points and live growth, retaining a balanced natural crown and principal framework. Reducing height from 15m to 11.5-12m and radial spread from 5-6m to 4-4.5. T7) Quercus robur (English Oak), rear lawn crown reduce by approximately 25/30%, selectively removing approximately 3.5m from branch tips, subject to suitable pruning points and live growth, retaining a balanced natural crown and principal framework. Reducing height from 15m to 11.5-12m and radial spread from 5-6m to 4-4.5.
