Proposal
The tree is a Hawthorn which is in Petham Parish councils Recreation ground. The tree is approximately 12m tall and is leaning over No2 Ashton villas back garden causing damage to their fence and disrupting the use of their garden. we would like to remove a lower limb which is approximately 200mm in diameter growing into their garden and reduce the crown by approximately 3m.
