PLAYGROUND AREA: 1 x Magnolia Grandiflora (T1) - Reduce crown height and spread by up to 1.5m, clearing telephone line as is practicable, to ensure a clearance from the building of approximately 1.25m. Prune back to facilitate the installation of the permitted play equipment, removing lower branches and low stems growing at 3.5m at the western section of the crown to provide adequate clearance of the new play structure, up to approx. 2.5m. 1 x Prunus (T2) - Raise crown by approx. 1.3m to facilitate the installation of the permitted playground equipment. Tip prune to reduce crown by approx. 1.2m all round. Thin density by 15%.
