Remove dead pollard knuckle at 5m to the north. 1 x Japanese Cherry (Cerasus serrulate) (T212) - Lift low canopy to 2.5m (whole crown) to clear footpath. 1 x Yellow Sweet Buckeye (Aesculus flava) (T214) - Lift low canopy to 2.5m (whole crown) to clear footpath and service road. 1 x Pissardii's Plum (Prunus cerasifera) (T220) - Reduce extended lateral limb at 4m to the northwest overhanging the footpath, by around 1.5m, and extended lateral limb at 3.5m to the south overhanging the fence line by around 1m to reduce loading and improve crown aesthetic. Remove dead branch at 4m facing east. 1 x Indian Bean Tree (Catalpa bignonioides) (T222) - Remove two snapped and suspended branches at 8m facing north, to prevent injury to pedestrians. 1 x Pissardii's Plum (Prunus cerasifera) (T225) - Lift low canopy to 2.5m (whole crown) to clear footpath. 1 x Japanese Cherry (Cerasus serrulate) (T226) - Lift low canopy to 2.5m (whole crown) to clear footpath. 1 x Golden Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) (T227) - Lift low canopy to 2.5m (whole crown) to clear footpath. 1 x Lime (Tilia x vulgaris) (T488) - Remove epicormic growth from base. Remove large dead branches at 10 m to the east and the west. 1 x Holly (Ilex aquifolium) (S224) - Lift low canopy to 2.5m (whole crown) to clear footpath.
