Proposal

Internal alterations to ground and basement levels. Ground floor works include: relocating the existing entrance door leading from the common parts hallway, removing a small section of plasterboard partition separating the proposed living room and kitchen and carrying out minor alterations for the purpose of routing new services and minor alteration to the floor structure in order to run services for the new kitchen. Basement works include: creation of a second bedroom in place of the current living room, removing a section of plasterboard wall separating the existing living room and corridor, and minor alterations beneath the floor. There will also be redecoration throughout the whole of the ground and first floor.
