T1 Maple: remove the lowest lateral branch on the North side, which is close to the neighbour's roof. Remove 3-4m end weight from the large limb on the East side of the tree back to a suitably large side branch. The tree leans towards the East and overhangs the grounds of Pinehurst. T2 dead Chestnut tree: monolith at the first union.
