Proposal
Conservation Area Tree T1 - Yew tree: This is very close to our building, so much so that branches now touch the house wall and overhang the roof tiles. I would like to raise the crown above the roof height (single storey at this point, approx 4-5 metres to avoid any current and future damage to the building. In addition reduce the lateral of the crown by 2 metres all round and, to ensure the tree remains in proportion, to reduce the height of the crown by 5 metres. These reductions will ensure that the patio doors to the bedroom will no longer be in shade and can open freely.
