Proposal
TREES IN QUESTION ARE [ T1 T2 T3 ] T1 is a stone dead willow tree next to car park . we would like to remove the tree to ground level and grind stump. T2 is a clasped willow tree right on the bank of the river . willow has split from the base so would not be able to pollard like has been one in the past . so we would like to cut to ground level and let it re generate. T3 is a large spit willow tree right next to seating area of pub garden . tree has spit in 2 and laying on the floor . we would like to the same as T2 with cutting at the base and letting it re generate.
