3 No. Cypress (G1 - G3) against brick north boundary wall of property away from road - fell because of excessive shading, low amenity value and size in proximity to both boundary wall and property likely to cause problems with foundations - area recovered to be utilised for a garden shed and raised beds for planting vegetables with fruit trees as espaliers against boundary wall, replanting inadvisable in such close proximity to existing structures Holly (G4) along road side to front of garden - reduce height by approx 3 - 3.5m and trim back sides - no works of maintenace have been carried out to this tree for some considerable time and it has been allowed to grow excessively in an unruly fashion, proposal will check it's growth and tidy up the road frontage to Manor Walk 1 No Cypress (G5) against brick boundary wall and gable of neighbouring listed building (barn at Hall Farm) in rear garden - to be felled - fell because of excessive shading, low amenity value and size in proximity to both boundary wall and neighboring property likely to cause problems with foundations Works to be carried out by Eastern Tree Surgery of Swaffham Prior
