Proposal
Two self seeded sycamore trees loacated between 25 Ainsworth Street and land to rear of 25 Ainsworth Street are excessively high, meaning by 1pm in the summer the entire garden to 25 ainsworth Street is in shade. It is proposed to reduce their height by 3.5m and pruning all branches over sailing the boundary by 1.5m between 25 Ainsworth Street and land to rear of 25 Ainsworth Street. Pyracantha - is to be pruned removing all oversailing branches by 1.6m between 25 Ainsworth Street and 27 Ainsworth Street. Oversaling branches to Cotoneaster between 25 Ainsworth Street and land to the north of 25 Ainsworth Street are also to be lightly trimmed back to the boundary by 1m. Three new semi mature trees are to be planted to the rear of the garden to 25 Ainsworth Street - 2 x Betula utilis Jacquemontii - 3.5-4.0m - Multi stem and 1 x Wisteria sinensis - 20-25cm - Half stem.
