Willow on river bank, partially collapsed (on island and in to river. Very decayed) - fell and replace Severely decayed, ivy cover partially hiding the extent of the decay. At least two stems already failed, one has fallen onto the island and one into the river. The river side failure would easily have reached passing boats had they been nearby. The branch ends have been removed and cleared by unknown agency from a boat.
