In a recent set of high winds several large bows came down, one narrowly missing a car and another smashing the neighbors fence. Obviously concern has been raised. I propose a 2.5m sympathetic crown reduction to growth points, with an aim to reduce weight and sail and make safe. Removal of deadwood and cutting away from the telephone lines.
