The tree suffered a large central stem failure recently during high winds, collapsed stem largely landed in 31s garden but did take out phone lines for neighbouring property. Tree overhangs neighbouring properties and garden structures, a further stem failure could cause serious structural damage to neighbouring buildings in future.
